Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operational activities across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build, implement, and refine scalable processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize ROI.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with the executive team to translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans.
• Identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and propose solutions to strengthen performance and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Performance Management & Reporting

• Establish KPIs and track performance metrics across departments.
• Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, workflow documentation, and process maps for transparency and accountability.

Team Development & Collaboration

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Promote cross-team communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to align operational priorities and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven success in scaling operational systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development, data interpretation, and performance improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.

💲 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $187,000–USD 250,000 (commensurate with experience)
