As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Sr. Manager of Operations who can oversee critical functions, streamline workflows, and champion operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead day-to-day operational activities across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Build, implement, and refine scalable processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize ROI.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the executive team to translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans.
- Identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and propose solutions to strengthen performance and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics across departments.
- Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee the development of dashboards, workflow documentation, and process maps for transparency and accountability.
Team Development & Collaboration
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Promote cross-team communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to achieve organizational goals.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to align operational priorities and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling operational systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development, data interpretation, and performance improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency with workflow management tools, CRM systems, and business intelligence platforms.
💲 Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $187,000–USD 250,000 (commensurate with experience)
