As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across the organization. Our ideal candidate is a visionary leader who thrives in dynamic environments, understands complex operational ecosystems, and can translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.

Position Summary

The COO will be responsible for driving operational performance, building strong cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring our teams have the processes, resources, and leadership required to excel. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives, and ensure our business units align with long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Partner with the CEO to set strategic direction and operational priorities.

  • Translate organizational vision into executable strategies and measurable results.

  • Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring optimal performance.

  • Implement systems, policies, and workflows that support scalability.

  • Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on speed, quality, and innovation.

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Collaborate with the CFO to align budgets with operational needs.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior operational leaders.

  • Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with market needs.

  • Represent the organization in strategic partnerships and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational role.

  • Proven track record in scaling operations in high-growth organizations.

  • Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional leadership, change management, and communication abilities.
