As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainable growth across the organization. Position Summary
The COO will be responsible for driving operational performance, building strong cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring our teams have the processes, resources, and leadership required to excel. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead enterprise-level transformation initiatives, and ensure our business units align with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Operational Management

Oversee daily operations across all business units, ensuring optimal performance.

Financial & Performance Oversight

Collaborate with the CFO to align budgets with operational needs.

Develop and monitor KPIs to measure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop senior operational leaders.

Foster a high-performance culture with accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with market needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
