Position Overview

The Director of Supply Chain will oversee the end-to-end supply chain strategy, from procurement and supplier management to logistics, distribution, and demand planning. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing service levels in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Develop and implement a world-class supply chain strategy aligned with company goals.

• Identify and execute initiatives to improve speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Partner with senior leadership to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and anticipate market trends.

Operations & Process Optimization

• Lead procurement, supplier management, logistics, and distribution operations.

• Implement technology and automation to streamline processes and improve visibility.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms while ensuring quality and compliance.

Performance Management & Metrics

• Establish KPIs to measure operational performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze supply chain data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure risk management strategies are in place to protect business continuity.

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, finance, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• Proven track record in global supply chain strategy, vendor management, and logistics optimization.

• Strong knowledge of ERP, WMS, and supply chain analytics tools.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
