Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will provide the strategic vision and executive leadership necessary to align technology with our long-term business objectives. This is a pivotal role for a results-oriented leader with experience scaling technology infrastructure, building innovative product roadmaps, and driving digital transformation.

The CTO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other executives to ensure that our technology initiatives support growth, resilience, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall technology strategy, aligning IT and product roadmaps with business objectives.

• Innovation & Transformation: Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies (AI/ML, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, automation) to keep the organization future-ready.

• Operations Excellence: Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Product Development: Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions that meet evolving client demands.

• Governance & Compliance: Establish strong technology governance, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and mitigate security risks.

• Executive Collaboration: Partner with the CEO, CFO, and COO to influence long-term growth strategies and global expansion initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale world-class engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or equivalent).

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, enterprise systems, and product development.

• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise security, data platforms, and AI/automation tools.

• Track record of leading digital transformation in complex, global organizations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Package: $334,000 – $378,000 (based on experience).
