As we expand our national and international presence, we are looking for an accomplished Director of Finance to join our senior leadership team. This role will be pivotal in setting financial strategy, enhancing fiscal discipline, and supporting organizational growth initiatives while mentoring high-performing teams.

Position Overview

The Director of Finance will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions while ensuring that financial operations align with corporate strategy. This executive will work closely with the CFO, CEO, and Board to develop financial strategies that maximize growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a strategic yet detail-oriented finance professional with deep expertise in corporate finance, risk management, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on all financial matters.

• Lead long-term financial planning, scenario modeling, and risk assessment.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decisions.

• Deliver actionable insights through advanced financial models and dashboards.

• Ensure financial metrics and KPIs are consistently tracked and optimized.

Operational Finance & Controls

• Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and governance practices.

• Partner with operations, IT, and business units to optimize resource allocation.

• Oversee tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Build organizational capabilities by implementing best practices and technology tools.

• Champion professional growth and succession planning within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA strongly preferred).

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

• Proven expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, risk management, and capital strategy.

• Strong track record in technology, SaaS, or financial services industries.

• Deep understanding of GAAP, compliance standards, and corporate governance.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive leadership skills.

• Proficiency in enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
