As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to spearhead our enterprise-wide digital strategy. This is not a maintenance role it is a transformational leadership position designed for an executive who can shape our future, unlock new business models, and ensure that digital becomes a core engine of growth.

The CDO will sit on the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO, CIO, CMO, and CFO, while overseeing digital platforms, data strategy, emerging technologies, and digital customer experiences. This role demands a strategic thought leader with hands-on expertise, capable of turning ideas into scalable execution.

Key Areas of Impact

Digital Strategy & Transformation

• Architect and execute a holistic digital vision aligned with corporate growth objectives.

• Lead innovation initiatives in AI, data analytics, cloud, and automation to deliver measurable business impact.

• Drive new digital revenue streams and business models across technology-driven verticals.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Redefine the end-to-end digital customer journey, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences.

• Leverage insights, personalization, and analytics to elevate client satisfaction and retention.

• Champion a customer-first culture that differentiates us in competitive markets.

Data & Technology Leadership

• Partner with CIO and CTO to establish data governance, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture.

• Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies with clear ROI on efficiency and innovation.

• Build frameworks for advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI integration.

Organizational Leadership

• Mentor, inspire, and grow high-performing digital, analytics, and product teams.

• Foster collaboration across business units to integrate digital into every function.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on digital investments, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in technology, digital innovation, or related field strongly preferred.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise innovation.

• Proven record of leading enterprise-scale digital programs in technology, SaaS, financial services, or e-commerce industries.

• Expertise in AI, data analytics, cloud transformation, and digital platforms.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board-level stakeholders.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
