We are seeking a Finance Manager who is both a strategist and an operator. This leader will play a central role in financial planning, risk management, and cross-functional alignment, directly influencing growth strategies and operational efficiency. The Finance Manager will provide clarity in complex environments, translate data into strategy, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Position Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, operational reporting, and capital management. Working closely with the CFO and executive team, this role will provide data-driven insights, optimize financial performance, and ensure that financial strategy supports long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Provide actionable insights that influence executive decisions and corporate strategy.

Develop advanced financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
Operational Finance & Reporting

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with accurate and timely deliverables.

Partner with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial goals with business performance.

Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
Risk Management & Compliance

Implement and maintain strong financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

Oversee audits and external financial reporting with accuracy and transparency.
Business Partnering & Leadership

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting major investment and cost optimization decisions.

Lead and mentor junior finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial strategies are integrated into all aspects of the business.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred).

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in management.

Strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), risk management, and strategic reporting.

Proven ability to partner with executives and influence decisions in high-growth environments.

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience in financial services, fintech, or technology industries strongly preferred.
