Job Description
About Us
We are a global leader at the intersection of technology, financial services, and digital innovation, serving millions of businesses and individuals across the world. Our operations span multiple continents, and we deliver secure, reliable, and transformative solutions that power global commerce, cloud computing, and financial infrastructure.
As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, trust, resilience, and security have never been more critical. Our organization invests heavily in advanced technologies, cutting-edge infrastructure, and world-class talent to ensure that customer data, assets, and networks remain secure.
We believe that true leadership in security goes beyond compliance — it is about proactively anticipating risks, embedding resilience across every layer of the business, and enabling safe digital growth. As part of our executive leadership team, you will help shape not only our internal security posture but also the way industries think about protecting data and digital assets in an evolving threat landscape.
Joining us means entering an environment where innovation, collaboration, and accountability define success. Our teams thrive in fast-moving markets, empowered with resources and authority to act boldly. This is a chance to play a defining role in safeguarding a world-class enterprise, influencing decisions at the highest levels, and building a future where security is a competitive advantage.
The Role
The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is the enterprise-wide security leader responsible for protecting people, technology, and assets while driving a culture of resilience. This role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Board of Directors, Audit Committees, and executive stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
You will own the strategic vision for cybersecurity, physical security, data privacy, and business continuity across a global, highly regulated business. Beyond defending against threats, you will serve as a trusted business partner, aligning security strategy with corporate growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-
Enterprise Security Strategy: Define and execute a global security strategy that ensures resilience across physical, cyber, and cloud infrastructures.
-
Cybersecurity Leadership: Oversee protection of networks, applications, and data assets through advanced monitoring, threat intelligence, and incident response.
-
Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR, SOC 2, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and partner with regulators across jurisdictions.
-
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate global risks, including cybercrime, insider threats, fraud, and geopolitical disruptions.
-
Business Continuity & Crisis Response: Lead enterprise resilience programs, incident simulations, and recovery protocols to ensure uninterrupted operations.
-
Technology & Innovation: Leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics for predictive security, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
-
Executive & Board Engagement: Provide regular briefings to senior leadership and the Board, shaping investment priorities and influencing corporate direction.
-
Global Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a diverse, international security workforce, including CISOs, data protection officers, and physical security leaders.
Qualifications
As Chief Security Officer, you bring:
-
15+ years of progressive leadership in cybersecurity, enterprise risk, or global security strategy, including at least 5 years in executive roles.
-
Deep expertise in cyber defense, data privacy, risk management, and regulatory compliance across multiple regions.
-
Proven success in financial services, technology, cloud, or other highly regulated global industries.
-
Strong executive presence with experience presenting to Boards and regulators.
-
Hands-on knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, blockchain security, zero trust frameworks).
-
Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or MBA with security specialization (preferred).
-
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or C-suite level equivalents (preferred).
Why Join Us?
-
Compensation Package: Base salary $356,000 – $397,000, plus performance bonus, stock options, and comprehensive executive benefits.
-

-

-
Innovation Focus: Access to cutting-edge security technologies, R&D labs, and global talent.
-
