PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Corporate Leadership: Provide overall strategic direction and executive leadership, ensuring alignment between vision, culture, and long-term objectives.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee global operations, ensuring scalability, financial discipline, and customer success across all business lines.

  • Growth & Expansion: Identify and execute new growth opportunities, including market expansion, M&A strategies, and digital innovation initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary representative to investors, regulators, government bodies, customers, and partners.

  • Board Relations: Partner closely with the Board of Directors to define and execute corporate strategy, financial performance goals, and governance.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, ethical, and corporate governance standards across global operations.

  • Culture & Talent: Build and sustain a high-performance leadership team, fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Sustainability & ESG: Drive environmental, social, and governance initiatives, embedding sustainability into the corporate strategy.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in executive management, corporate strategy, or global operations, with at least 10+ years in C-suite roles.

  • Proven success in technology, consumer services, financial services, or highly scaled global enterprises.

  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of P&L ownership, shareholder value creation, and market growth.

  • Deep knowledge of global markets, M&A strategy, risk management, and corporate governance.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Exceptional executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Experience presenting to Boards, regulators, and investor groups at the highest level.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-cultural teams in fast-paced, highly complex environments.
