PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and corporate objectives.

  • Process Optimization: Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve scalability.

  • Performance Management: Track KPIs, analyze metrics, and ensure operational goals are consistently met or exceeded.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams across global and cross-functional settings.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and industry standards while embedding a culture of accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Technology, HR, and Commercial teams to align operations with enterprise-wide strategies.

  • Innovation Integration: Drive adoption of new technologies and digital solutions to support operational excellence.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular operational performance updates and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Program Management, or Business Transformation.

  • Proven success in technology, SaaS, consumer services, or large-scale enterprises.

  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and operational efficiency frameworks.

  • Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or MBA preferred.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across executive and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience leading multi-site or global teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Strategic Support

The Senior Manager of Operations acts as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Operations and the executive leadership team, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with long-term enterprise goals. This includes:

  • Designing operational roadmaps that scale with corporate growth.

  • Advising on resource planning, cost efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Supporting enterprise ESG goals through sustainable operational practices.

  • Serving as a bridge between operational execution and executive decision-making.
