As Chief Information and Transformation Officer, you will play a critical role in leading both IT strategy and enterprise transformation, ensuring our business remains agile, future-ready, and positioned to capture emerging opportunities worldwide.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Enterprise Technology Leadership: Oversee IT strategy, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture to ensure resilience and scalability.

  • Digital Transformation: Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

  • Innovation & Change Management: Champion adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation, to modernize systems and processes.

  • Operational Transformation: Streamline legacy systems, optimize workflows, and modernize operations to create long-term cost savings and agility.

  • Data Strategy & Governance: Oversee enterprise data management, ensuring security, accessibility, and monetization of data assets.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, Risk, and Commercial teams to ensure technology and transformation initiatives align with enterprise goals.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: Lead global vendor negotiations, ensuring cost-effective, innovative partnerships with leading technology providers.

  • Board & Executive Engagement: Report on transformation milestones, IT performance, and strategic initiatives directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

  • 18+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership, transformation management, or enterprise operations, with at least 7 years in executive roles.

  • Proven success in technology, financial services, or global Fortune 500 enterprises.

  • Deep expertise in digital transformation, IT infrastructure, ERP/CRM platforms, and emerging technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and risk management frameworks.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business preferred.

  • Recognized leadership in driving large-scale transformation programs across multi-national organizations.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence with proven experience influencing Boards and senior stakeholders.

Strategic Support

The Chief Information and Transformation Officer serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, ensuring that technology and business transformation deliver measurable value. Strategic responsibilities include:

  • Advising on capital allocation for digital transformation investments.

  • Guiding M&A integration and post-merger technology alignment.

  • Embedding sustainability and ESG objectives within digital and operational transformation.

  • Providing foresight into technology and business trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Working Conditions
