PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Enterprise Learning Strategy: Design and execute global learning strategies aligned with long-term corporate objectives.

Leadership Development: Oversee executive coaching, succession planning, and global leadership academies to strengthen pipelines.

Digital Transformation in Learning: Implement AI-driven learning platforms, microlearning, and immersive training methods to scale access.

Culture of Continuous Learning: Embed lifelong learning as a cultural cornerstone across all regions and business units.

Workforce Enablement: Partner with HR and Business Leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver training programs that enable transformation.

Diversity & Inclusion in Learning: Ensure equitable access to skill development and career growth across geographies.

Impact Measurement: Establish KPIs to link learning investments with measurable business results such as productivity, retention, and innovation.

Executive Reporting: Present learning and workforce readiness updates directly to the CEO, CHRO, and Board of Directors.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

15+ years of progressive leadership in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, or Organizational Development, with at least 7+ years in executive leadership roles.

Proven success in technology, professional services, or global Fortune 500 organizations.

Expertise in learning platforms (LMS, LXP), leadership development, instructional design, and adult learning principles.

Strong knowledge of change management, workforce transformation, and organizational culture.

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or MBA preferred.

Demonstrated ability to influence Boards and senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Strategic Support
The Chief Learning Officer serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, CHRO, and Board of Directors, ensuring workforce capability becomes a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include:
