About Us

We are a purpose-driven, innovation-focused organization dedicated to building a workplace where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are not only values but operational priorities. In today’s evolving business environment, we believe that creating inclusive environments is a strategic driver of innovation, growth, and long-term success.

Operating at the intersection of technology and financial services, our company partners with global clients and stakeholders to deliver solutions that are powered by diverse perspectives. We understand that a thriving culture of belonging directly impacts organizational performance, creativity, and customer trust.

As we expand nationally and internationally, we are seeking a Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (CDIO) to join our senior leadership team. This executive will have the authority and resources to shape strategy, lead cultural transformation, and build equitable systems that create lasting impact across all levels of the organization.

Position Overview

The Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are embedded into every aspect of the business—from talent acquisition and retention to supplier partnerships and community engagement. This leader will guide DEI strategies that strengthen culture, enhance compliance, and build resilience across our workforce and operations.

This role requires a visionary strategist and hands-on operator with deep expertise in creating scalable DEI initiatives in high-growth industries. The CDIO will also champion internal education, drive metrics-driven accountability, and serve as the external face of DEI for the organization.

  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations on policies related to pay equity, representation, and fairness.

  • Maintain alignment with global diversity best practices.

Community Engagement & External Partnerships

  • Represent the organization at public forums, industry events, and DEI leadership councils.

  • Proven record of developing and scaling DEI strategies in complex organizations.

  • Strong background in technology, financial services, or consulting industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and Board members.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect insights to strategic initiatives.
