The Chief Financial and Growth Officer will be instrumental in defining how the company balances financial stewardship with growth acceleration ensuring the organization scales sustainably while building shareholder and stakeholder trust.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Financial Leadership: Direct global finance operations including accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and financial reporting.

  • Growth Strategy: Define and execute growth roadmaps including M&A, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Investor & Board Relations: Partner with the CEO and Board to deliver financial strategies, investor communications, and performance insights.

  • Capital Allocation: Optimize balance sheet health, investment priorities, and capital allocation strategies to maximize shareholder value.

  • Forecasting & Analytics: Lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), leveraging data and predictive models for accuracy and foresight.

  • Operational Efficiency: Drive cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and long-term profitability through disciplined execution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, and Product leadership to ensure financial strategy supports innovation and scalability.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to global financial regulations (SEC, GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and maintain robust controls.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop high-performing finance and growth strategy teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 18+ years of progressive leadership in Finance, Strategy, or Corporate Development, with at least 8+ years in C-suite or senior executive roles.

  • Proven success in technology, fintech, financial services, or global enterprises.

  • Expertise in M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, and global growth strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, and enterprise risk management.

  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing large global P&L and capital allocation programs.

  • Exceptional executive presence with strong communication and Board-level influencing skills.

Strategic Support

The Chief Financial and Growth Officer serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, shaping the company’s financial and growth trajectory. Key contributions include:
