About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead and accelerate our expansion across the U.S. In this high-impact executive role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, scaling go-to-market efforts, and building long-term value across multiple channels.

As CGO, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align sales, marketing, partnerships, and product strategy — ensuring sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a strong track record in scaling companies, navigating complex markets, and executing high-level growth strategies.

🏢 Location: This is a hybrid role based in Texas with flexibility for remote work across the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead company-wide growth strategies across marketing, sales, and product development.

  • Own the performance of revenue-generating functions and set measurable targets for business development and customer acquisition.

  • Drive data-informed decisions using market insights, user behavior, and performance analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational scalability and optimize client experiences.

  • Identify strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and channel opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.

  • Champion innovation and test new initiatives to enter untapped markets and increase revenue streams.

  • Mentor and develop high-performing commercial and marketing teams across regions.


Qualifications

  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a high-growth environment (preferably SaaS, Technology, or Digital Services).

  • Proven success in scaling B2B or B2C companies beyond $50M in annual revenue.

  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in using data to guide marketing and sales decisions.

  • Expertise in brand positioning, demand generation, digital performance marketing, and go-to-market execution.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
