About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology and digital infrastructure as we scale for growth and transformation. This executive-level position plays a mission-critical role in setting and executing IT strategy, cybersecurity protocols, and enterprise systems to support innovation, operational efficiency, and future-readiness.

📍 Location: This position is hybrid in Pennsylvania, with flexibility for remote work across the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a hybrid position based in Pennsylvania, with remote work options available across the U.S. for qualified candidates. You’ll work cross-functionally with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals, modernize platforms, and elevate digital experiences for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and system modernization efforts.

Direct digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business scalability.

Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new technologies and innovation strategies that drive value creation.

Establish IT governance, data security protocols, and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing IT team focused on agility, performance, and collaboration.

Manage vendor relationships and technology investments to ensure cost-effectiveness and strategic ROI.

Serve as a key advisor on technology risk management and business continuity planning.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or MS preferred).

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a C-level or executive role.

Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Deep knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, data architecture, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.

Experience managing multi-site, hybrid teams and large IT budgets.

Strong leadership, change management, and communication skills.

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and highly collaborative environment.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOX, or ISO standards is a plus.
