As part of our growth journey, we are seeking a visionary Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) to architect and scale an enterprise-wide knowledge strategy. Position Summary

The Chief Knowledge Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust knowledge management ecosystem that spans all business units and geographies. This role will drive the creation of digital knowledge platforms, governance frameworks, and cultural initiatives that embed knowledge sharing and learning into the company’s DNA.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CKO will be a strategic partner to business unit leaders, HR, IT, and Operations, ensuring that knowledge strategy aligns with growth objectives, innovation goals, and market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Strategy & Vision

  • Define and execute an enterprise-wide knowledge management strategy.

  • Establish frameworks for knowledge governance, classification, and accessibility.

  • Ensure knowledge systems are aligned with strategic growth priorities.

Technology & Platforms

  • Lead the deployment of AI-powered knowledge platforms and digital collaboration tools.

  • Partner with IT to design user-friendly knowledge systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.

  • Ensure knowledge infrastructure supports scalability, cybersecurity, and compliance.

Culture & Change Leadership

  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture by embedding practices into workflows and employee engagement programs.

  • Champion learning initiatives, internal communities of practice, and thought leadership programs.

  • Partner with HR and L&D to design career development pathways powered by organizational knowledge.

Analytics & Insights

  • Drive the use of analytics to capture tacit and explicit knowledge across the organization.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure knowledge ROI and adoption.

  • Use insights to inform executive decision-making and strengthen competitive advantage.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on knowledge-driven opportunities.

  • Build partnerships with external thought leaders, universities, and industry associations.

  • Represent the organization at global forums on knowledge, AI, and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, or enterprise transformation.

  • Proven track record of implementing knowledge strategies in technology, consulting, or professional services industries.

  • Deep expertise in knowledge platforms, AI/ML tools, data governance, and collaboration technologies.

  • Strong change management and cultural transformation skills.

  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and board levels.

  • An advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or MS in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or Organizational Development) is strongly preferred.
