  • Partner with data leadership to build attribution models and drive measurable acquisition, retention, and LTV improvements.

🧩 Enable Company-Wide Success

  • Align marketing strategy with product, engineering, and operations to support market expansion and product innovation.

🌐 Lead Category Creation

  • Launch integrated brand evolution and market positioning initiatives that establish long-term market authority.

📊 Provide Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board, offering strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and market-driven recommendations.

💰 Optimize Marketing Investment

  • Own the marketing budget and deploy resources with a focus on ROI and long-term growth sustainability.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including C-suite or equivalent experience.

  • Senior-level marketing success in digital D2C healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.

  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing marketing teams (25+ headcount).

  • Expertise in brand development, category definition, and growth strategy.

  • Deep experience with CRM, performance analytics, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing.

  • Executive presence with strong communication and board-level influence.

  • Experience navigating compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of operational execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
