What You Bring

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including C-suite or equivalent experience.

Senior-level marketing success in digital D2C healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.

Proven track record of scaling high-performing marketing teams (25+ headcount).

Expertise in brand development, category definition, and growth strategy.

Deep experience with CRM, performance analytics, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing.

Executive presence with strong communication and board-level influence.

Experience navigating compliance-heavy environments (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).

Strategic thinker with a track record of operational execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
