As COO, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, strengthen execution, and position the organization as a market leader.
Position Summary
The COO will be the architect of operational success, overseeing all business units and ensuring strategies are translated into tangible outcomes. You will manage day-to-day operations while also driving enterprise-level initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and scalability. With oversight spanning operations, technology, finance alignment, and customer delivery, you will ensure the company achieves operational excellence and delivers value at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision

Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term business strategy and operational priorities.

Operational Management

Financial & Performance Oversight

Collaborate with the CFO to align financial planning with operational objectives.

People & Culture Leadership

Mentor and lead senior operational leaders, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior operations role.
