This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving transformation, and creating measurable impact. As COO, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, strengthen execution, and position the organization as a market leader.

Position Summary

The COO will be the architect of operational success, overseeing all business units and ensuring strategies are translated into tangible outcomes. You will manage day-to-day operations while also driving enterprise-level initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and scalability. With oversight spanning operations, technology, finance alignment, and customer delivery, you will ensure the company achieves operational excellence and delivers value at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Partner with the CEO and Board to define long-term business strategy and operational priorities.

  • Translate vision into actionable roadmaps that align organizational structure with strategic goals.

  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and operational discipline.

Operational Management

  • Oversee all daily operations across business units, ensuring seamless delivery of services and products.

  • Implement scalable systems, processes, and frameworks to support rapid growth.

  • Drive integration of technology into operational workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Collaborate with the CFO to align financial planning with operational objectives.

  • Manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure organizational health, productivity, and profitability.

People & Culture Leadership

  • Mentor and lead senior operational leaders, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

  • Build succession plans and leadership pipelines to support long-term growth.

Stakeholder & Market Engagement

  • Represent the organization in strategic partnerships, client relationships, and industry forums.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.

  • Strengthen brand reputation by ensuring operational excellence aligns with customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7+ years in a senior operations role.

  • Proven track record scaling operations in the technology or professional services industries.

  • Deep expertise in operational strategy, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience aligning budgets to organizational objectives.

  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to unify diverse teams.
