As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will lead our revenue strategy, scale global sales operations, and drive customer-centric growth across all markets.
Position Summary
The CRO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for owning and aligning all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of scaling revenue in high-growth, technology-enabled businesses.
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic foresight, operational discipline, and leadership excellence, with the ability to foster alignment between teams and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute a unified revenue strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Lead global sales, marketing, and customer success teams toward ambitious revenue targets.

Partner with the CEO and Board to set short- and long-term revenue objectives.
Sales & GTM Execution

Build and optimize high-performing sales structures for enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.

Drive new market penetration while expanding revenue from existing customers.

Oversee pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies to maximize growth.
Customer Success & Retention

Champion customer experience, ensuring retention, expansion, and long-term value creation.

Align revenue strategies with the customer lifecycle to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
Marketing & Partnerships

Oversee demand generation, brand positioning, and digital marketing strategies.

Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and joint revenue streams.
Data & Performance

Implement data-driven decision-making to monitor revenue performance.

Define KPIs, revenue forecasts, and reporting mechanisms to track success.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, revenue strategy, or commercial leadership.

Proven track record of scaling revenues beyond $100M+ in high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled services.

Strong leadership in aligning cross-functional teams toward unified growth goals.

Expertise in enterprise sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
