PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day global operations across technology, customer service, and commercial functions, ensuring seamless execution.

Performance Optimization: Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity across all business units.

Process Innovation: Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and AI-powered operational models that enable faster decision-making and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Technology leadership to align operational execution with corporate strategy.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to regulatory, financial, and industry standards while embedding a culture of accountability and control.

Talent Development: Build, mentor, and inspire operational leaders, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Insights: Deliver key operational insights, KPIs, and efficiency metrics to the CEO, COO, and Board to influence decision-making.
Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Business Transformation, or Program Management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

Proven track record of success in technology, SaaS, consumer services, or highly scaled businesses.

Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital operations frameworks.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, cost efficiency programs, and capital projects.

Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).

Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and global teams.

Strategic Support
The Director of Operations acts as a strategic partner to the COO and executive leadership team, ensuring operational strength supports long-term growth. Key strategic contributions include:
