As we continue to expand our reach and scale globally, we are seeking a Director of Product Management who will play a central role in shaping our product vision, roadmap, and execution. Position Overview

The Director of Product Management will serve as a key leader, responsible for guiding the full product lifecycle—from strategy and design to development, launch, and iteration. This role requires someone equally comfortable thinking strategically about market direction and rolling up their sleeves to ensure flawless product delivery.

You will oversee a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure our solutions consistently exceed customer expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

• Anticipate market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product innovation.

• Partner with the executive team to position the company as a category leader.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and achieve growth targets.

• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release management.

Leadership & Team Development

• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, building a high-performance product organization.

• Promote a data-driven, customer-centric culture across the product team.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Customer & Market Insights

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product decisions reflect user needs.

• Conduct competitive analysis and leverage insights to refine product positioning.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS or technology products.

• Strong understanding of agile product development and product management frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital products strongly preferred.

• Salary Package: $232K – $297K (Base + Bonus + LTIs)
