Key Responsibilities

🧭 Strategic Planning & Execution

• Own strategic operations roadmaps and implement scalable processes that support business priorities across departments.

• Collaborate with the executive team to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate quarterly and annual business planning processes, OKR development, and cross-functional alignment sessions.

🔍 Operational Excellence & Optimization

• Identify and implement process improvements to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance cross-functional performance.

• Partner with business units to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and remove operational roadblocks.

• Establish systems for performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement across teams.

📊 Program & Project Management

• Oversee and coordinate high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Serve as a central point of accountability for mission-critical initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Establish governance models, cadence calendars, and communication strategies to drive visibility and accountability.

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as a strategic liaison between Product, Operations, Finance, and People teams to ensure alignment and shared success.

• Develop scalable knowledge-sharing practices to ensure operational continuity and business clarity.

• Provide structure and direction during periods of organizational change or rapid growth.

📈 Business Insights & Analytics

• Design and implement dashboards, operational scorecards, and key performance indicators to support executive decision-making.

• Use data to drive continuous improvement and uncover opportunities for innovation and impact.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Required

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or business consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior-level strategic operations or business planning role.

• Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational projects across functions in high-growth or technology-driven environments.

• Proven experience in designing, scaling, and optimizing cross-functional operating models.

💼 Preferred

• Experience in startup or hypergrowth-stage environments, particularly in SaaS, digital health, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.

• Familiarity with systems like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Airtable for project management and documentation.

• Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment around complex initiatives.
