As we expand nationally and globally, we are seeking a Head of Sales to design and execute our sales strategy, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver consistent revenue growth in competitive markets.
Position Overview
The Head of Sales will serve as a senior leader, responsible for developing and leading the sales organization while aligning sales initiatives with corporate strategy. This role requires a visionary, metrics-driven sales leader who has scaled SaaS or technology sales teams and consistently delivered results.
You will work closely with the CEO, C-suite, and cross-functional leaders to define go-to-market strategies, optimize revenue operations, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Drive go-to-market execution across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.

Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts across industries and geographies.
Team Development & Performance

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team with a culture of accountability and excellence.

Define training, onboarding, and development programs to support career growth.

Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and product to drive customer success.
Revenue Operations & Forecasting

Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics.

Partner with finance and operations to align sales targets with business growth objectives.

Ensure adoption and optimization of CRM and sales automation tools.
Customer & Market Engagement

Serve as the executive sponsor for key customer accounts and strategic partnerships.

Establish the company as a trusted partner in the market through thought leadership and networking.

Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive activity to refine strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or head of sales role.

Proven track record of scaling sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth in SaaS, enterprise technology, or digital solutions.

Strong expertise in enterprise sales, pipeline management, and performance metrics.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience building scalable sales processes and implementing sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong).

Ability to thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
