🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled IT Operations Manager to lead our infrastructure, systems, and support functions. In this hybrid-remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our technology operations while enabling scale and operational excellence across the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations including system administration, cloud infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, and support services.

Lead a geographically distributed team of IT professionals and vendors to maintain operational excellence and SLAs.

Partner with InfoSec to enforce cybersecurity policies, access control, and data protection standards.

Implement and manage SaaS and on-prem tools, ensuring business continuity and system reliability.

Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems, infrastructure, and workflows.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and technology procurement.

Support onboarding/offboarding processes, access provisioning, and endpoint management.

Lead key projects such as office network upgrades, cloud migration, or tool integrations.

Define and monitor KPIs for IT service delivery and user satisfaction.
✅ What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or system administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven experience managing hybrid/remote teams and SaaS ecosystems.

Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure or AWS, Google Workspace, and enterprise device management (e.g., Jamf, Intune).

Working knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and data privacy best practices.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Excellent problem-solving and incident response skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Bonus: Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira), automation tools, and asset lifecycle management.
🌍 Location & Work Setup
This role is hybrid, with a strong preference for candidates based in or near California (San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, etc.).
Remote applicants across the U.S. are encouraged to apply—especially if you’re open to occasional travel to California for team meetings or key projects.
