As Senior Manager of Product, you will play a critical role in defining the vision, execution, and growth of product lines that impact global markets and accelerate digital transformation.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and customer needs.

  • Innovation & Development: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver next-generation digital products powered by AI, cloud, and automation.

  • Customer-Centric Design: Translate customer insights into product features that enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Market Expansion: Identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new market opportunities to guide product innovation and positioning.

  • Performance & Metrics: Define KPIs, measure outcomes, and iterate on products to ensure revenue growth and market leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor product managers and associates, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.

  • Executive Reporting: Present product performance, roadmaps, and innovation pipelines to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education, and Abilities

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in senior or managerial roles.

  • Proven success in technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software organizations.

  • Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, agile frameworks, and customer-centric design.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems, AI, and data-driven product development.

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.

  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

  • Executive-level communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic Support

The Senior Manager of Product serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Product, CTO, and executive leadership, ensuring product innovation and execution directly contribute to corporate growth. Strategic contributions include:

  • Advising on product portfolio investments, innovation pipelines, and digital transformation priorities.

  • Partnering with Finance and Operations to align product strategy with revenue and profitability goals.

  • Supporting M&A integration by aligning acquired technologies with enterprise product ecosystems.

  • Embedding sustainability and ESG objectives into product strategies to create long-term market value.

Working Conditions

  • Remote role with periodic travel for leadership summits, product launches, and global customer engagements.

  • Requires flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones with international teams.
