The Role
The Senior Vice President of Sales will spearhead the company’s enterprise sales organization, overseeing strategy, execution, and expansion across multiple verticals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the company’s go-to-market approach, lead high-performing teams, and deliver revenue growth targets that align with our ambitious expansion strategy.
This position requires a strategic leader with proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales organizations, closing multimillion-dollar deals, and driving global client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Leadership

Define and lead sales strategy across North America and global markets, with a focus on enterprise and Fortune-level clients.

Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives, decision makers, and strategic partners.

Drive annual revenue targets by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and entering new verticals.

Oversee pipeline development and forecasting with precision, ensuring predictable growth outcomes.

Team Development & Mentorship

Lead, scale, and inspire a national sales organization of Directors, Regional VPs, and Account Executives.

Implement performance frameworks, sales training programs, and leadership development pathways.

Strategic Partnership & GTM Execution

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs.

Oversee large-scale RFP responses, enterprise negotiations, and strategic account plans.

Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results across the sales organization.

What You Bring

15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 7+ years at the VP or Senior VP level.

Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas in enterprise technology, SaaS, or consulting environments.

Deep experience selling into Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence boards, investors, and senior client executives.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams across multiple geographies.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
