As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Senior Vice President of Administration (SVP, Administration) to join our executive leadership team. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned leader with the expertise to oversee enterprise-wide administration, integrate strategic planning with day-to-day operations, and deliver a scalable infrastructure that supports growth across all business units.

Position Overview
The SVP of Administration will serve as the chief architect of organizational infrastructure, working closely with the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other executives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people leadership, ensuring that all corporate functions align with the organization’s mission, values, and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance

Lead the design and execution of an enterprise-wide administrative strategy that supports organizational scalability and efficiency.

Align administrative priorities with corporate strategy, growth objectives, and governance standards.

Partner with the CEO and Board of Directors on governance matters, reporting, and strategic planning.
Corporate Administration & Compliance

Oversee all administrative functions, including corporate services, compliance, facilities, and operational support.

Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory compliance standards across departments.

Drive risk management initiatives to safeguard the organization’s assets and reputation.
Human Capital & Organizational Development

Partner with HR leadership to align talent operations with administrative excellence.

Ensure employee engagement, performance, and well-being through modernized administrative support systems.

Develop policies and procedures that foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Operational Excellence & Transformation

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives to modernize administrative processes through digital tools, automation, and workflow optimization.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency, resource utilization, and operational performance.

Serve as an executive sponsor for key cross-functional projects impacting business continuity and enterprise operations.
Stakeholder & External Relations

Represent the organization in negotiations, strategic partnerships, and external forums related to corporate administration.

Build strong relationships with external vendors, regulators, and strategic partners to ensure seamless operations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive peers on all matters related to administration, compliance, and infrastructure.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

15+ years of progressive leadership experience in administration, corporate services, or enterprise operations, with at least 7 years in an executive role.

Proven ability to scale administrative operations in large, complex, or multi-entity organizations.

Expertise in compliance, governance, organizational development, and enterprise risk management.

Strong track record in leveraging technology and data to optimize administrative efficiency.

Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
