PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

  • Enterprise Operations Leadership: Oversee global operations, ensuring excellence in execution across customer service, technology platforms, and business functions.

  • Process Optimization: Drive adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and automation methodologies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

  • Scalability & Growth: Lead operational planning to support expansion into new markets, products, and service lines.

  • Customer Experience: Align operational execution with customer satisfaction goals, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, and financial controls while embedding a culture of accountability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Technology, and Sales to align operational strategies with corporate goals.

  • Talent Leadership: Build, inspire, and develop high-performing operational teams across global regions.

  • Executive Reporting: Provide KPIs, performance insights, and recommendations to the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors.

Qualifications, Special Knowledge, Education and Abilities

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Leadership, with at least 7 years in senior executive roles.

  • Proven success in technology, SaaS, or consumer services industries at scale.

  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and digital operations frameworks.

  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management, capital allocation, and efficiency program experience.

  • Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or MBA preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and global teams in fast-paced environments.

Strategic Support

The Vice President of Operations serves as a strategic partner to the COO and CEO, ensuring operations directly drive corporate growth and customer success. Strategic contributions include:
